SCREEN-FREE

WHOLE FOODS. ORGANIC. GARDEN-TO-TABLE.

From garden to table—the way food was meant to be.

In a world of ultra-processed snacks and rushed meals, we choose something different. Children harvest from the garden whenever possible, wash, chop, cook, bake, and share meals prepared with whole, organic ingredients and seasonal produce. Along the way, they develop practical kitchen skills, discover where real food comes from, and experience the joy of gathering around the table as a community. We believe nourishing children begins with nourishing food, meaningful rituals, and meals prepared with the highest integrity of ingredients.

Village Parent Program

Villages Are Built Together

For parents or caregivers who would like to actively participate alongside their children, we offer a limited number of **Village Parent** spaces.

Approved Village Parents receive **30% off their child’s tuition** in exchange for actively supporting the entire Little Village community throughout the day.

This role involves much more than supervising your own child.

Village Parents may help with:

  •  Supporting children during activities

  • Assisting with transitions

  • Helping prepare, serve, and clean up meals

  • Supporting gardening and outdoor experiences

  • Setting up and organizing activity stations

  • Encouraging respectful social interactions

  • Helping maintain a calm, nurturing environment

  • Supporting all children in the program—not only their own

  • Contributing their own useful skills or experience when appropriate

Village Parent positions are intended for caregivers who are comfortable engaging with children and actively participating in the full flow of the program.

They are not designed for passive observation, working remotely during the day, or attending only to one’s own child.

Healthy homemade lunch and snacks are included for participating Village Parents.

Spaces are limited, must be arranged in advance, and are approved based on the needs of each day and the overall program.
